 Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

The sixteenth anniversary of the Higher School of Management in Kwidzyn is a reason for great satisfaction. There are many other reasons for satisfaction and it is not possible to numerate them all. However, I find it justified to mention several key factors. Firstly, the establishment and consolidation of our position in the area of the city of Kwidzyn and the region of Dolne Powiśle as the first independent higher school. Secondly, the dynamic qualitative and quantitative development of the School. Thirdly, the achievement of high level of education consistent with applicable European and world standards. Fourthly, the existing and continuously expanding perspectives for further development to meet needs of the labour market.

At the same time, I am fully aware of great responsibility and efforts we have to bear during the following few years to complete the list of the said achievements with other important and precious items. In that respect, I expect we will carry on the harmonious and creative co-operation with a great group of didactic staff of the School, which undoubtedly contributed to our successes. I am sure that your great knowledge, practice and professional experience acquired in the renown universities and academic centres will serve the Higher School of Management in Kwidzyn. I will be deeply indebted if the existing relations concerning common development of educational programmes and their implementation under student training could be continued and successively developed.

To present the complete image of my vision of the further operation and development of the School, I cannot forget about young and ambitious people without whom the existence of the School would not have any sense.

Dear Students, the Higher School of Management in Kwidzyn is your School. The School authorities, good teaching and administration staff are your allies and experienced guides on your way to the active world of professional life. Your ambitions and dreams are a challenge for me and my colleagues. We are all able to achieve a success worthy of the age we live in.

I wish you and myself many reasons for satisfaction with our co-operation.

Best regards,
Professor Jacek Petrusewicz

President of the Higher School of Management
